Volunteer at The Ministers Wives Luncheon at SBC Orlando
Be Part of Something BIG — Serve + Experience SBC Orlando
On Monday, June 8, our church family has a special opportunity to serve together in a meaningful way at the Southern Baptist Convention in Orlando.
We’re inviting 50 volunteers to help prepare 2,000 gift bags for the Ministers’ Wives Luncheon: a simple but powerful way to encourage women who faithfully serve in ministry across the country.
This is more than a serving opportunity. Those who join the team will also have time to experience the excitement of the SBC Convention firsthand, walking through the convention space and seeing what God is doing through churches across our nation.
Schedule for the day:
- Bus departs from FBMD at 12:30 PM
- Serve from 2:00–5:00 PM
- Time afterward to explore the convention
- Return around 8:00 PM
This opportunity is open to ages 15 and up and is a great fit for students, families, and anyone who enjoys serving alongside others.
*Please Note: Due to the bus transportation, amount of walking and standing while serving for this event, no walkers, scooters, or wheel-chairs can be allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
