Church-Wide Events & Ministries
From weekly gatherings to church-wide celebrations, your giving allowed FBMD to love Mount Dora well. This year, we invited our community in and stepped outside our walls to bless families, serve our neighbors, and share the hope of Jesus in practical ways.
Baptisms & Salvations
We celebrated dozens of baptisms and salvations; each one a powerful story of Jesus rescuing, redeeming, and making all things new.
Life Groups & Bible Studies
Bible studies and Life Groups helped people deepen their faith and build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships.

Over 1,100 kids received clothing and support, each one reminded that Jesus sees and loves them.

Holiday Services & Events

Community Partnerships
Whether feeding Mount Dora High teams, hosting Covenant Light Co-Op, or welcoming Hampden DuBose athletics, we shared Christ’s hospitality with our neighbors.
Operation Christmas Child
FBMD packed, collected, and sent hundreds of shoeboxes, reminding a child across the world that Jesus sees them and loves them.

Mount Dora Youth
This was a year of momentum in MDY filled with decisions for Christ, powerful worship nights, and unforgettable events. Your giving helped students find belonging, deepen their faith, and step boldly into leadership.
MDY Wednesday Nights
Every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, over 200 students gather to worship, hear the Gospel, and pursue Jesus together.
Generate Conference
Students experienced powerful worship, biblical teaching, and life-changing decisions for Christ in Orlando.

Tribe Wars
A high-energy weekly event throughout April that drew students from multiple schools, many hearing the Gospel for the first time.
Summer Camp
An unforgettable week where God moved deeply, resulting in commitments to Christ and spiritual growth.
Baptism Night
In one incredible evening, 22 students were baptized, publicly declaring their faith in front of friends and family.
Glow Night
One of the biggest outreach nights of the year, drawing new students and leading to Gospel impact across schools.
Friendsgiving
Our biggest youth outreach yet! A night of celebration, connection, and gratitude that brought together 380 students from all over the community.
Breakfast Club
Weekly discipleship gatherings during Life Group hour where students grow in faith, build friendships, and start their Sunday morning feeding their bellies and their souls.
FBMD Kids
FBMD Kids had a year full of joy, energy, and discipleship. Because of your generosity, children experienced safe, creative spaces where they could learn about Jesus, make friends, and discover what it means to follow Him.
AWANA & Wednesday Kids Programs
Every week, children learned God’s Word, built friendships, and grew as young disciples through Scripture, worship, and hands-on learning.
Kid Worship
A high-energy worship experience created just for kids—with games, music, and Bible teaching that helps them learn about Jesus in a way they understand and love.
Vacation Bible School
A powerful week at Wonder Junction where children heard the Gospel, memorized Scripture, worshipped with joy, and discovered that Jesus loves them deeply.
Seussical the Musical
Kids used their gifts to shine for Jesus in a joyful, creative performance that brought families together and pointed hearts to Him.
Pirates & Pumpkins Trunk Or Treat
Hundreds of families experienced a night of fun, connection, and Christlike hospitality as our church loved our community well.
Kids' Summer Camp
A week filled with worship, adventure, and Gospel moments where many kids made decisions for Christ and grew in their faith.
Kids' Choir
Kids lifted their voices to glorify Jesus, learning to worship boldly and confidently through song and Scripture.
Men's & Women's Ministries
Our adult ministries grew stronger through intentional community, Bible study, and events designed to equip men and women in their walk with Christ. Your support helps us to disciple men and women of every age and stage.

Renew Women's Events
This year, Crowned With Purpose, Coffee & Chat, a recipe exchange, and the Faithful Bonds Women’s Conference created opportunities for women to worship, learn God’s Word, grow in community, and be encouraged to walk boldly in their identity in Christ.
Iron Men Launch
A powerful kickoff for men’s discipleship, equipping men to grow in Biblical leadership, serve their families, and reflect Christ in their communities.
Iron Men Events
Men’s dinners, guest speakers, and upcoming outreach events like the free Community Thanksgiving Dinner provided spaces for men to grow in Biblical leadership, serve their families and community, and deepen their faith in Jesus.
Bible Studies & Small Groups
Weekly groups for men and women provided spaces to dive into Scripture, pray together, and encourage one another to follow Jesus faithfully in everyday life.
Missions & Global Outreach
Because of your generosity, our church made a global impact—partnering with missionaries, sending teams, and supporting ministries that meet needs and share the Gospel around the world.
